Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS Deposits are required and non-refundable. Your deposit will go towards your service. 48-HOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please do it in a 48-hour notice. If you would like to reschedule and you do it in the 48-hour window your deposit will be transferred to another date once. Cancelled appointment deposits will not be refunded. LESS THAN A 48-HOUR NOTICE If you give less than a 48-hour notice your deposit will not be transferred for rescheduling. You will forfeit your deposit and have to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. I respectfully request a 48-hour notice for cancellations in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Your appointment is very important and so is the time reserved. NO SHOWS/CANCELLATIONS SAME DAY If you no show or cancel same day, you will forfeit your deposit and will be charged an additional 25%. LATE APPOINTMENTS There is a 10 minute grace period given. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
